Returns and Exchanges

At BHM, your happiness and our customer service go hand-in-hand to bring about that overall joy from shopping. Sometimes, the items we purchase online just don’t work out and I understand that! If you receive something damaged, please email me at birchhousemarketplace@gmail.com immediately. Damaged items must be reported within three days of receiving the item(s). Please let me know what went wrong and if at all possible, snap a picture and include that with your email. If you receive something that doesn’t fit, a return can be initiated by emailing me at birchhousemarketplace@gmail.com. In most instances, we can facilitate an exchange that better suits your needs. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, free of any makeup or fragrances, free of animal hair, stains or anything else that would make the item not ready to be resold. All tags must still be intact. Returns/exchanges must be sent back to BHM within three days of our email communication to Birch House Marketplace, Attn.: Returns/Exchanges, 2828 Ladoga Ave., Long Beach, CA 90815-1528. The cost to return/exchange items is the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the item, please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
